DUTY REPORT CLASS IV, V, VI (2018-19)

TENURE 1-(26-4 18 TO 19-5 18)

    Enterprise house had taken charge with great enthusiasm. Teachers and students on house duty participated to the fullest during the whole tenure. During our duty span we should make efforts to ensure good discipline and cleanliness in the school. House Teachers and Students should also carry out the responsibility of all the areas with the aim to maintain decorum and our control in the school.

FLOOR WISE DUTIES WERE ASSIGNED TO THE STUDENTS AND TEACHERS OF THE HOUSE ON DUTY-

1.      Morning Duty – at the main gate

2.      Discipline duties in the school premises – fee counter, floors (IV, V and VI), stairs, canteen area, play ground, stage, stairs etc in recess and afternoon

3.      Checking of cleanliness in the Class rooms, floors, ground and canteen

4.      Checking of water taps and washrooms

5.      All students should wear their house badges

6.      Checking of uniform

7.      Checking of use of plastic and polythene bags

8.      Maintenance of house bulletin board

9.      Moving in queues after recess

10. Dispersal duty with walking, van and bus students
