COLLAGE MAKING ACTIVITY CLASS IV

TOPIC: GLOBAL PEACE
TENURE 1: 26th APRIL- 19th MAY 2018


 The students of class IV were engaged in collage making activity on topic GLOBAL PEACE. The main objectives of the activity highlighted are-
·        Demonstrate knowledge and understanding broader than that generally provided within a single department or discipline.
·        Demonstrate extended ,deepened and refined skills in critical thinking, research and exhibiting.
·        Promoting more peaceful, less violent society through education of children and adults.
·        Create a more peaceful world where all of us may become agents for change.
·        Equip children with personal resolution skills, so that when they are faced with conflict, they choose to be peaceful.
·        Show that violence and war are not an intrinsic part of human nature and that it is possible to resolve conflicts peacefully.
                                                                 
The students enjoyed the activity and pledged to live in peace and harmony with their friends and family.

SLOGAN WRITING ACTIVITY CLASS V TENURE I : 26th APRIL – 19th MAY 2018 TOPIC : GLOBAL PEACE The students of class V were involved in SLOGAN WRITING activity. They wrote slogans on global peace. The objectives of the activity are as follows: Prepare the world for children and youth making it better, healthy, safe, peaceful and united and to prepare the children for such world. Educate new generation of students to become peacemakers and to devote their talents, capacities and energies towards the creation of a civilization of peace . To foster changes in order to make the world a better and more human place. To help students develop a rich vision of peace to work for a viable global society. To explore peace both as a state of being and as an active process for the promotion of positive human relations. The students enjoyed doing the activity and participated with lot of interest.

House Assembly 5/12/17

Enterprise House conducted the Assembly on 5 December 2017. It was blend of three languages: Sanskrit, Hindi and English. The topic was " Healthy Food ". The introduction was given by students in English, followed by a short skit in Sanskrit. It explained the importance of different components of food. This was followed by a short medley of songs focusing on eating healthy food and not eating junk food. It was a great fun.

Mantra Recitation - Class 7 to 9

Mantra Recitation activity was conducted  on 14 Nov 2018 by "Arya Yuva Club" to inculcate moral values among students.They participated individually as well as in groups and were appreciated for their efforts. Best three students from each section were awarded with an appreciation certificate. The activity helped to sensitize them about their culture.
